"Sharks and Minnows"

We woke up an hour later than usual this morning! Instead of diving, we drove to the primary school to paint and hang out with the kids! Before driving to the school, we stopped at the dive shop where we picked up Ben (one of the marine biologists at Beqa Adventure Divers. Ben taught us how to wear our sulus, and he came with us to the school.
At the school, we hauled our painting supplies to one of the far classrooms. We worked for about an hour before we were able to go play with the kids during recess. Nicole, Jordan, Mia, Ivy, Alex and Charley played "sharks and minnows" with some of the kids while Ryan, Phillip, Noah, Cedar and Maggie and I played soccer with the other kids. We worked for another hour and played for another half hour before the bus came and it was time to come home.
For lunch, we had a delicious chicken curry with rice and veggies. After eating the plan was to study for our midterm exam tomorrow, but we ended up playing more "truth or dare" by the pool, then we showered and prepared dinner!
We ate grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for dinner and some of the leftover cake from Mugdha's birthday for dessert! After we ate, we had a game show style review for the midterm and got ready for bed.
Today was another great day, full of fun and happiness :)
